i don't understand the having one of your nanny's w/ you. both parents are there. it's just 2 kids. i'm not against having a nanny, but in a situation like this one just seems strange.

Maybe the nanny has scheduled work hours with the Stefani-Rossdales, and their park outing happened during those hours, so they brought her along. I have been a nanny, and it is really great when you can get out of the house.

I was a nanny and I always went places with the whole family. If you have a set schedule it's just nice to be able to do stuff. Plus, I think their nannies have been with them for a while and even went on tour with her so I'm sure they are all close. It looks like they are ALL having fun, even the nanny.
