X17 has learned that Gwen Stefani has just presented herself at Cedars-Sinai! Our photographers saw Gwen's black Range Rover pull up to the hospital as part of a three-car convoy; the pregnant pop star hopped out and was quickly whisked inside by waiting police officers.

Isn't this exciting? Just think - pretty soon, Sean and Jayden might have another little playmate!

In a radio interview yesterday, Jessica was asked about Carrie's statement to Allure, and she responded, "Tony and I both laughed at that...we got a chuckle out of it." When the radio host asked the wannabe country singer if it was true, Jessica responded, "I know it's not, I looked at his call log."

Katie Holmes looked decidedly down in the dumps when we caught her ducking into play practice yesterday afternoon. Hmm - a mood swing, perhaps? After all, the last time we saw Katie, she looked happy as a clam - although her darling daughter Suri might deserve a little credit for that!

The owner of the car that crashed into Shia LaBeouf's truck last month was cited on Friday, according to the Associated Press.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department spokesman Steve Whitmore told reporters yesterday that Simon Herbert, 21, was given a citation after his car failed to stop at a red light on July 27. The car proceeded to crash into Shia's Ford F150, causing it to flip over at the intersection of Fountain and La Brea. It is still unclear as to whether or not Herbert was actually behind the wheel on the night of the accident.

As you may remember, Shia's hand was smashed so badly he needed extensive surgery and spent several days in the hospital. He's currently back on the Transformers 2 set, but he's still sporting a heavy duty protective cast on his hand.

Our prayers may have been answered - Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake are rumored to be working on a track for her upcoming album!

The New York Post spoke to a spy who claims that Britney and Justin will definitely be doing a duet on their. Britney and Justin were supposed to collaborate on a track for Blackout but due to a number of factors, it never ended up happening. Let's hope things work out this time - nobody does pop like these two!

Britney Spears' sons Sean Preston and Jayden James have been making plenty of friends recently - including Kingston Rossdale!

We caught Britney and her mother Lynne taking Sean, Jayden, and Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale's little man out for a stroll yesterday. Brit's boys were even generous enough to let Kingston take their mini-Escalade for a spin - aww, how sweet!

Isn't it precious seeing Brit's kids making friends with kindred spirits like Kingston? We just hope that Gwen tags along for one of their playdates sooner or later!
